How do I check the status of my order?

- You will receive an order confirmation to either your email or phone number whichever one you decide to use at checkout once your order has been successfully processed.

How long before my order is shipped?

- Your processing time will start 24 hours ( for on-hand and preordered items ) after your purchase which doesn't include weekends. Processing time is between 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped you'll receive your order within 3-5 business days ( for on-hand products only ). If you ordered pre-ordered products processing time is between 4-14 days and shipping time is between 1-3 days.

Will I receive a tracking number?

- Yes. Tracking numbers will be sent out to you via email and or text once your shipping label is created.

Can preorder items be expedited ?

- Unfortunately no, preordered items are not on hand so there for they are not allowed to have expedited shipping.

Can I pick up my order instead of paying for shipping?

- No
